Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year working experience are sought for a unique opportunity to participate in an industry development programme targeted at software engineers or programmers. We are offering RM2800 – RM3500 per month for successful applicants to the programme.

Software Engineering: Real-World Experience Development Program (REDP)
(Selangor - Klang Valley, PJ or KL)
Requirements:
The candidates we are looking for:-
* You have less than one year working experience or are a fresh graduate (or will be available in the next 2 months).
* You are not sure if software development is a career you want to pursue yet you have the passion and drive for software programming.
* You are hungry to learn new programming skills and tools with relevant industry application that will allow you to develop your experience further.
* You have the desire to pick up industry relevant skills fast and have the knack for being different.
* You have previously developed software that is fully working and have the basic technical pre-requisites as listed below.
* You have a good attitude towards work and software programming. You have to be motivated, mature and responsible.
* Open to adopt new concepts, ideas and able to grasp new technology easily.
* Independent and shows initiative.
* Able to converse and write proficiently in English.
Here’s the offer:-
* An opportunity to develop the latest software tools and be trained on the latest programming standards.
* Able to pick up industry applicable skills during the development programme including in house training. This will also include training on leading software tools and 3rd party systems that are in demand in the market currently from our partners such as IBM, Oracle etc.
* Minimum of 3 months to maximum of 6 month programme period. As we are looking for select individuals who fit our requirements, candidates who do not meet our requirements can be cut from this programme at our discretion.
* Salary of at least RM2800 to RM3500 per month. If you are what we are looking for, you can potentially earn more during the programme duration. Standard HR benefits will be part of the programme package including claims and overtime allowances.
Technical skills requirement:-
* You must have a degree in ICT or Engineering.
* You program with at least one of the many general-purpose programming languages out there, though Java is our preferred language.
* Your grasp of programming fundamentals is reasonably strong from both theoretical and practical point of view.
* You know how programs interact with the computer system and network.
REDP Terms & Conditions:-
* Acceptance to the REDP is based on our relevant evaluation criteria. All participants on this programme will be given a predetermined period to prove their abilities to undertake and deliver work, pick up necessary technical and management skills together with other relevant soft skills.
* The REDP period will range from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months after which the programme participant may or may not be offered a permanent employment contract. The participant will need to fulfill at least one year of employment with the company after accepting employment.
* The REDP is an evolving, dynamic program that will put the participant to the test. All participants will be given every opportunity to learn, apply and demonstrate their skills in real-life scenarios. Underperforming participants may be dropped from the programme at anytime.
* You will be evaluated substantially during the REDP. You may be required to attend evaluation sessions, fill up questionnaires and prepare reports.
* You may be deployed to client or partner locations for work or training during the REDP.
* All REDP participants will adhere to the company’s HR policy.
* Salary reimbursement is flexible during the REDP period. Basic salary will not decrease but we can increase your basic salary on a monthly basis if you show promise during the programme.
* Completion of the REDP does not guarantee permanent employment.
