Job Description
Leads the Building and Ground Maintenance, Janitorial/Custodial Services.
Overall Facility Organization Quality Management System and Documentations Program.
Act as Facility QMS and Excursion Management program owner
Upkeep site building aesthetics, surrounding landscaping and safety compliance.
Conduct review on the daily activities and programs related to building and ground maintenance.
Identify and implement cost reduction programs in support to departmental goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Skill Requirements
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and
OHSAS 18001 requirements
Knowledgeable in Class 100, 10K cleanroom
standards.
Knowledgeable in Safety Procedures.
Computer literate and can use Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
QC Tools- (Troubleshooting Analysis).
